The company has absorbed the production process of German Brugman E51 reducing agent and developed and produced domestically produced E51 high-efficiency universal reducing agent suitable for China's national conditions.

The synthesis of polycarboxylic acid mostly adopts an oxidation-reduction initiation system. Currently, in the production process of polycarboxylic acid, most other reducing agents have strong reducing properties, which can easily cause large reactions, leading to difficult control of the production process and significant fluctuations in the performance of polycarboxylic acid.

The domestically produced E51 developed and produced by our company, combined with oxidants, can significantly reduce the activation energy of the initiation system, lower the reaction temperature, improve the monomer conversion rate, and stabilize the quality of the polycarboxylate mother liquor.
