1. According to the company's requirements for handling customer complaints, we will implement service commitments such as advance compensation, full responsibility for product quality, and full after-sales service to promptly resolve customer complaints and ensure the maintenance of customer relationships;

2. Reasonably budget, solve customer complaint service related expenses and asset needs, and make overall arrangements;

3. The inspection and supervision of pre-sales work includes the brand qualification admission of company raw materials and follow-up with relevant departments for timely handling; Supervise, inspect, manage, and provide services to all companies that the company cooperates with regarding the quality of goods, services, and prices before, during, and after sales;

4. Supervise the company's business brand to strictly fulfill its service commitments, conduct environmental quality inspections in accordance with the group's standards, and propose solutions for problematic brands, and follow up on their implementation.

5. Develop a follow-up system in accordance with regulations, organize management to regularly carry out after-sales follow-up work, and establish a backdoor mechanism through feedback on after-sales related data to force various management improvements.

6. Closely interact with departments such as industry and commerce, pricing, quality inspection, and consumer associations, timely understand the management trends of relevant departments, and do a good job in implementation.

7. Organizational management of the operations service department, regularly conducting business skills training within the company to enhance the business and management skills of marketing personnel;

8. Cooperate with the marketing and technical departments to carry out various review work;
