6. Responsible for leading and organizing employees of the unit to implement national safety and environmental policies, as well as company safety and environmental management rules and regulations, and comply with safety, environment, fire protection, and occupational health regulations

8. Responsible for leading and organizing the investigation and treatment of major safety hazards in the unit, as well as controlling major risks and important environmental factors in the unit.

9. Responsible for leading the effective operation of quality management, occupational health and safety management, environmental management, measurement management, and other systems in this unit.

10. Fully responsible for the command and coordination of fire safety at the scene of a fire, directing and organizing fire extinguishing, evacuation, emergency response, and rescue work.
